Need to Relax?

Relax from a busy week by taking a hot bath with essential oils! Just add a handful of Epsom salts, a half cup of baking soda, and 10 drops of lavender essential oil.

Note: Instead of lavender, you can use your favorite essential oil. Be sure to read the individual label instructions on the essential oil before using.
